about Paul Fosh

As head honcho, Paul is always in demand and after 30 years in the auction business, few can match his knowledge and experience. Paul started his career in 1987 working for independent chain Hartnell Taylor Cook which was later bought out by Halifax. The corporate world ultimately wasn’t where Paul wanted to spend his time but he was grateful the experience he gained in those years.

Paul is ultra-competitive which has given him the drive to push forward both in business and with his extreme ultra-marathon events. You have to be pretty strong-minded to complete 350 miles in freezing Artic conditions, and a little barmy no doubt!

about Oliver Griffiths

With over twenty years of experience in the property industry, Oliver Griffiths brings a wealth of expertise to the role of Head of Auctions.

Starting his career at Taylors Countrywide, Oliver quickly rose through the ranks, managing two offices in Cardiff, before taking the helm at Taylors flagship office in Bristol. Olivers leadership and market insight helped drive significant growth and success within the company.

Building on this experience, he spent eight years with the prestigious high-end brand Jackson Stops in Richmond Upon Thames, where he specialised in the prime property market, handling luxury homes and providing expert advice to discerning clients.

Following this Oliver took on a new challenge, setting up and running his own real estate business, gaining valuable entrepreneurial experience, and a deep understanding of the property sector from an independent perspective.

In September 2024, Oliver joined Paul Fosh Auctions as Head of Department, bringing his extensive knowledge of the market, strategic vision, and experience of managing big teams to the auction sector. His focus is on driving growth, innovation, and delivering exceptional results for clients.

about Louise Quinn-Morris

Louise joined the team as an Executive Assistant and HR Manager in January 2021 after 10 years in the Charity sector. Louise has over 10 years’ experience of being a PA. Outside of work Louise enjoys keeping fit, socialising with friends and family and looking for her next holiday!

about Sean Roper

Sean has had over 30 years’ experience in the property sector being manager at three successful estate agency branches and working at auction houses in both Wales and the North West of England. He prides himself on getting results and being pro active for clients both vendors and buyers alike. Sean has a passion for sport in particular Football & Boxing and actually trains in the boxing gym every week. He also loves the great outdoors and can often be found on long hikes or climbing mountains in Wales.

about Gemma Vaughan

Gemma started in the property industry in 1999 working with one of Newport's largest lettings agents. Gemma then went on to complete her CeMAP examinations in Mortgage Advice & Practice in 2005.

Gemma went back into property management and estate agency in 2007 and went on to win various awards for the branch she managed in 2010 and 2012.

Gemma joined Paul Fosh Auctions in 2019 as a Residential Property Valuer and Corporate Client Specialist.

Gemma is a constant ball of energy in the office and is always lifting spirits and putting smiles on faces. Outside of work Gemma’s daughter keeps her on her toes for the most part but she also like relaxing and socialising with friends.

about Debra Bisley

Debra is our commercial surveyor, she has extensive experience in historical buildings and has a passion for their adaptive reuse.

She has a wealth of experience in the lettings industry but after many years decided to follow her passion and retrain as a surveyor with a specialism in historical buildings.

Outside of work she is an active person who enjoys paddle boarding and hiking. Although, she isn’t a huge fan of the winter months so during winter she usually spends time inside dancing Ceroc or ice skating.

about Angie Davey

Angie started in the property world in 2004 working for various agents as manager/valuer. Angie loves anything to do with property having bought and sold at property auctions in the past. Making a few mistakes along the way, once buying a house unseen only to find there was no floor upon opening the door. In her spare time Angie loves walking, yoga, music gigs, theatre and cinema– her ‘happy place’

about Samantha Tremlin

Samantha is a seasoned marketing professional with over a decade of experience in the dynamic world of digital marketing. As the Head of Marketing at Paul Fosh, she manages multiple marketing channels and guides the team through the digital landscape and has a knack for staying ahead of industry trends.

By combining her creative flair with data-driven insights, she creates marketing strategies that captivate our audience and raise the profile of Paul Fosh Auctions as Wales’ premier property auction house.

about Gemma Quinn-Morris

Gemma has been with Paul Fosh Auctions since its launch in February 2001 and plays a key role as our Office Admin Manager. With over two decades of experience, she ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while also being Sean’s right-hand woman. Known for her positive attitude and ability to keep the team motivated, she’s the heart of the office. And, of course, no one makes a better cup of tea – or enjoys a good packet of crisps – quite like Gemma.

about Heidi Wangemann

Heidi joined Paul Fosh Auctions in 2004 as an administrator and has seen her job develop over the years. She is now a key member of the team and undertakes the secretarial work within the company and support to Gemma V. Currently working part-time, Heidi enjoys the time spent in the office but away from work she enjoys family life and her favourite time of year is the summer when she enjoys country walks, camping and barbecues.

about Jackie Boulton

Jackie provides support to the commercial property department. Jackie has many years experience working within an administrative role. Jackie enjoys keeping fit, running & horse riding. Her claim to fame is that she can hold a perfect plank position for over 4 minutes
